What deposit do you require? +
We require a 70% deposit before production begins. The remaining 30% is paid upon collection or before delivery. This applies to all orders.
What file formats do you accept? +
We accept PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, CDR (CorelDRAW), PSD (Photoshop), JPG, and PNG. For best print quality, vector formats (PDF, AI, EPS, CDR) are preferred. High-resolution JPG/PNG (300 DPI minimum) are also acceptable.
Do you provide design services? +
Yes. Our in-house design team can assist with artwork creation, logo design, layout and full branding concepts. A design fee applies depending on the complexity of the work. Please inquire for pricing.
How long does production take? +
Production time depends on the type of order, quantity and finishing. As a guide: T-shirts 2–5 days, banners 1–2 days, stickers 1–3 days, signage 3–7 days. Same-day and next-day turnaround is available on request for urgent orders.
Do you offer delivery across Kenya? +
Yes. We offer delivery within Nairobi and across Kenya via trusted courier services. Delivery charges depend on weight, size and destination. You can also collect from our OTC Mall branch at no extra cost.

What is the minimum order quantity? +
Minimum quantities vary by product. For apparel it is typically 10 pieces, for stickers 50 pieces, and for banners there is no minimum. Please contact us for the minimum on specific products.
How do I pay? +
We accept M-Pesa (PayBill 400200, Account 1030820), bank transfer and cash. M-Pesa is the most convenient option for most clients.
Can I see samples before ordering? +
Yes. You are welcome to visit our showroom at OTC Wholesalers Mall, Nairobi CBD, 3rd Floor F3C-037 to see material samples, print quality and finishes before placing your order.
Do you handle corporate and bulk orders? +
Yes. We regularly handle large corporate orders, event branding, school uniforms, government tenders and NGO projects. Volume discounts apply on bulk orders. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
